CARBURETOR
3.Inspect:
Float 1
Float tang 2
Damage → Replace.
4.Inspect:
Main jet 1
Needle jet 2
Pilot jet 3
Pilot air jet 4
Wear/damage → Replace.
Contamination → Blow out the jets with
compressed air.
5.Inspect:
Spring 1
Spring seat 2
Jet needle set 3
Piston valve 4
Bends/wear/damage → Replace.
6.Inspect:
Diaphragm (coasting enricher) 1
Spring 2
Cover 3
Tears (diaphragm) /damage → Replace.
7.Inspect:
Starter plunger 1
Bends/wear/damage → Replace.
Spring 2
O-ring 3
Plunger cap cover 4
Damage → Replace.
