ENGINE DISASSEMBLY
5.Remove:
Lock washer 1
Clutch carrier assembly 2
Washer 3
Clutch housing 4 (primary)
Washer 5
NOTE:
The secondary clutch housing has two
grooves 1 machined into it to permit the
primary drive gear behind the primary
clutch to clear the secondary clutch. Align
one of these grooves with the primary gear
2 before removing the primary clutch
assembly.
6.Flatten:
Nut tab 1 (drive pinion gear)
7.Remove:
Nut 2 (drive pinion gear)
Drive pinion gear 3
NOTE:
Hold the clutch boss 4 on the secondary
clutch by the Rotor Holder 5 to loosen the
nut (driven pinion gear)
Rotor holder:
P/N. YU-01235, 90890-01235
Put the engine in 1st, and carry out the
operation.
8.Remove:
Push rod 1
Bearing 2
Bearing holder 3
Clutch springs 4
