Report the Ethernet adapter address to the network
administrator.

If all of the tests listed returned the message OK, the ISA
Ethernet Adapter has completed the diagnostic tests.
Press the Escape key from this window and select Return to
previous menu from the next window to get back to the MAIN
MENU.
Select Quit and return to DOS from the MAIN MENU.
Continue with step 7.
