Observed Faults
Details of the Fault
The printout is
The non-printed side or the
stained with ink.
bottom of the printout is dirty
with ink.
When the paper size in the sent
print data is larger than the size
of the fed paper, data is printed
on the Front Paper Guide,
extending off the paper.
Ink smudges appear on the blank
area of the printout.

1. If the Ink pads are not securely installed,
reinstall the Front Paper Guide Pad correctly.
