Sound/Screen Setting

Sound settings

You can set tones, such as changing a ring alert,
adjusting the volume, or muting the sound
emitted from FOMA terminal.

Ring tone

You can set your favorite melody, etc. for a ring
alert.

Point
When Voice call ring tone is set, the setting applies to
Incoming call.
Some music or moving pictures/i-motion may not be
set to the ring alert.

You can set the volume of a ring alert, alarm
sound, etc.

Vibration mode

You are notified of an incoming call or alarm with
vibration, instead of sound.

Silent mode

This function mutes the sound emitted from the
FOMA terminal such as ring alert, Keypad sound,
open/close operation sound, Alarm sound,
confirmation sound for reading a code with Bar
code reader, and notifies incoming calls with
vibrator (vibration). The microphone is sensitized
in Silent mode, and you can call in a small voice.

Point
Shutter sound, Auto focus lock sound for shooting
still pictures, and count down sound of Auto timer
are emitted even in Silent mode.

Set sounds emitted for key operation, opening/
closing the FOMA terminal, and shutter sound for
shooting still images or moving pictures
(including recording for Voice recorder).
