Setting UIM
• "PINの有効化(PIN validation)", "PINの無効化(PIN invalidation)" and
"PIN1コード変更(Change PIN1 code)" can be performed on UIM.

Connect this terminal with a PC
• Connecting method（→P24）

Right click "DOCOMO" and click "プロパティ
(Properties)"

Click "セキュリティ(Security)" tab Set each
item
• Set PIN1 lock in "PINの有効化(PIN validation)".
• Unlock PIN1 in "PINの無効化(PIN invalidation)".
• Change PIN1 in "PINの変更(Change PIN)".
Note
• If connect mobile broadband under PIN validation, PIN1
code entry screen is displayed. In this case, this terminal
cannot normally function with wrong PIN1 code.
• If an incorrect PIN1 code is entered 3 times in a row, PIN
code will be locked. In that case, enter unblocking PIN code.
• If an incorrect unblocking PIN code is entered 10 times in
a row, UIM will be locked automatically. In that case,
contact a docomo Shop.
• If set to PIN invalidation, mobile broadband connection is
available without confirming PIN1 code.
