Most probable cause
The battery is run down.
The microphone is not
positioned properly.
The microphone mute has
been activated or the
hearing device has not
been set to the right
program.
Software issue.
Solution
Charge the inspiro for
at least two hours.
Move the microphone
closer to the speaker's
mouth.
Check the inspiro's LCD
display and press the
microphone mute key in
order to activate the
microphone.
Reboot inspiro by pressing
its 4 side buttons at the
same time.
