Adjust the record rate for each camera.
record rate is 30 pictures per second for CIF resolution, for
the total of 480 global record rate. Secondly, if the global
record resolution is set to 720 x 240, then the maximum
record rate is 15 pictures per second. Finally, if the global
record resolution is set to 720 x 480, then the maximum
record rate is 7 pictures per second.
Select audio record ON or OFF for each camera.
