To check the status of the ink-ribbon cartridges in the PC-12 again, click the [OK] button. To quit printing, click the [Cancel] button.
Error message
A printer cover is open.
Remedy
This appears when the front cover of the PC-12 is open.
To check the status of the PC-12 again, click the [OK] button. To quit printing, click the [Cancel] button.
Error message
Printer is out of ink cartridge XXXX in holder 'X'.
Replace with a new ink cartridge.
Remedy
This appears when an ink-ribbon cartridge runs out while in printing is progress.
"XXXX" indicates the number of the holder and "X" is a character indicating either the upper or lower level.
To check the status of the PC-12 again, click the [OK] button. To quit printing, click the [Cancel] button.
Error message
There is no crop mark on the media.
The position may shift if continued.
Remedy
This appears if no crop marks can be detected when cutting is performed with the [Crop Marks] check box selected.
To continue processing, click the [OK] button. To quit printing, click the [Cancel] button.
Error message
This print job cannot be completed.
The printer was loaded with media shorter than the selected media size.
Remedy
This appears when a media size error occurs.
To quit printing, click [OK].
