To Change the RGB Composition of a Special Color
Suppose the printing data contains a color you want to print using a special color, but the special color cannot be printed because
the RGB composition is different from the special color. However, you don't want to change the data to print. In cases like this, to
print the color as a special color, you change the special color's RGB composition.
Go to the [Select Ink Cartridge(s)] field and click the color
1
chip to the right of the special color.
When the [Color Setting] dialog box appears, specify the
2
numerical RGB value you want to make a special color.
After you have made the setting, click [OK].
Do not adjust the values for [Brightness] or [Contrast] in the [Image] field on the [Image Settings] page. The
color composition of the specified special color changes, making special-color printing impossible.

Resin-use ink-ribbon cartridges (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black) are required.
Select the check box for the color you want to print using a special color.
If the check box is not selected, special-color printing is not performed even if the output file contains
a color of the same color composition as the special color.
A resin-use ink-ribbon cartridge of the selected color is required.
