If the cause is marked with an [S], contact your nearest KERN technical service
agent.
Error Possible causes

CAL E2 The zero points deviates too
much from the adjustment.
CAL E3 Large deviation with respect to

CAL E4 The sensitivity deviates too
much from the adjustment.
CHE x The balance stops on this
display.
Err 0x Abnormal internal balance

Err 20 A wrong value has been
entered.
Err21 The necessary conditions and
numeric value have not been
met.

settings properly, voltage

Possible causes
• Command code allowed for modification
