Faults

In case of a failure in the program sequence, briefly turn off the balance and disconnect
from power supply. The weighing process must then be restarted from the beginning.
Fault
Display is not lit up
The balance cannot be switched
on
The display does not react to load
change
The displayed weight is
permanently changing
The weighing result is obviously
incorrect

Explication
Capacity of batteries exhausted
After switching on: Weighing cell defective
During a weighing process: Overload
During adjustment: Faulty adjustment (adjustment weight exceeded or
too low)
Possible cause
The balance is not switched on.
The battery was not plugged.
This battery is empty.
Battery empty or defective
[ON/OFF/TARE] defective
[ON/OFF/TARE] not correctly activated
Load cell defective
Load cell cable defective
Draught/air movement
Vibration at the hook
Suspended load is moving
The hook has contact with foreign objects
Electromagnetic fields / static charging (choose different
location/switch off interfering device if possible)
Load cell defective
The balance display is not at zero when balance unloaded
Adjustment has been carried out with a wrong or an
inaccurate adjustment weight
Wrong weighing unit selected
