DISASSEMBLING THE FRONT FORK (RXV)

•
Drain all fluid from inside the fork leg, see (CHANGING
THE FORK FLUID - RXV).
•
Slide out the damper rod.
•
Clamp the sleeve in a vice, in horizontal position.
WARNING
Place a container under the bottom plug.
•
Loosen and remove the bottom plug using an air gun.
NOTE Make sure the O-rings are not damaged during
removal.
•
Slide out the complete damper rod.
