Check throttle unit screws tightening
Balance throttle body
Check air filter and clean air box
Check fuel line condition and positioning
Check idle speed
Replace paper air filter
Change gearbox fluid
Check complete gearbox for wear
Check overpressure spring and check valve
Check cylinder barrel for wear
Check con-rod and main bearings for wear
Check starting gears for wear
Check clutch spring length
Check clutch plates for wear
Check and adjust clutch cable
Check coolant level in radiator and expansion

Check system for sealing
Check oil pump gears
Change engine oil and engine oil filter
Clean head lubrication jets
Check oil lines condition and position
Replace pistons and piston rings
Check piston gudgeon pin
