Problem

Action
Turn off the printer, wait fifteen seconds
and then turn on the printer. Call Technical
Support if the error message reappears.
Check supply, check ribbon, send a
corrected format and batch packet.
Set wide/narrow knobs correctly.
Clean the printhead, send a corrected
format packet.
Clean the printhead, change supply, check
ribbon.
Change supply, adjust the print contrast,
check wide/narrow knobs, check ribbon.
Clean the printhead, change supply, adjust
the print contrast, check wide/narrow

Clean the printhead, change supply type,

Leave printhead unlatched when not in use,

toothed tear edge when using backfeed and
peel mode.
