License Administration

From the License menu, select Administration. The last five licenses
requiring action are displayed. At the bottom of the list, there is an option to
show all licenses that are awaiting action. You can click the icon to the right
of the part name to download the software key code for that license.
You may wish to download a software key code to keep a record of it or pass
it on to a Dealer/ Associate Tech user. The file is downloaded in PDF format
and by default the name of the file is the same as the software key code.
Within the file itself, the Software Key Code, Part Code, Quantity and Part
Name are all shown. The Software Key Code is also displayed in brackets
directly under the part name. Note, if you split a license into two parts, the
software key codes will change. For example, if you have 10 IP Terminal
licenses with a software key code and you then break those 10 licenses into
two lots of five, two items will appear in the list of licenses awaiting action,
each with new and different software key codes.
