There are two user access levels that a dealer can use to login to the License
Manager Server (LMS), Dealer/ Associate Admin and Dealer/ Associate Tech. The
two access levels are designed to give dealers different levels of access to the LMS.

User Guide

InMail Voicemail License

InMail requires that a mailbox license is purchased for each personal
mailbox that will be used. Routing and group mailboxes do not require a
license. The DSPDB/VRS functionality does not require a license.

Dealer/ Associate Admin

A Dealer/ Associate Admin is an access level that would be assigned to
people within an organization that are responsible for ordering and
administrating licenses. When a license is granted, an email is sent to the
address associated with the Dealer/Associate Admin. The Dealer/ Associate
Admin can carry out the following functions:
License/ Recovery License – A recovery license generates a temporary

license for a CCPU.
License Administration – View recent license activity.

License Returns – View returned licenses.

Administration/ Customers – Add customers and hardware keys to the

LMS.
