Attaching Licenses to Customer Locations

There are two ways in which license files can be generated. The first method
is to directly assign the licenses from the license administration page to the
customer location. You can click and assign as many licenses that the
customer as requires and then download the license file. This can only be
done by the Dealer/ Associate Admin user.
The other way is to find out all of the software keys that you wish to assign
and use the license administration/ registration menu to assign the software
key codes to a hardware key. You can assign as many software keys as you
need to and then download a license file. Both the Dealer/ Associate Tech
and Dealer/ Associate Admin can use this method.

Assigning a License Using the License / Administration Menu

Before the license file can be downloaded, it has to be attached to a
customer and then registered. To attach a license to a customer, look at the
last licenses awaiting action and click Show All to see all of the licenses that
are available. Then click the Part Name which should be assigned to the
customer.
