CENTERING
This function moves the image on the original
at the center of the copy paper when
copying.
Limitation
You cannot use the bypass tray.
The machine cannot center the image prop-
erly if it fails to read the size of the origi-
nal.
The machine cannot center the image if the
sizes of the original and copy paper are the
same or if they are set in the same orienta-
tion.
Note
You can combine the Centering function
with the Erase Outside, Erase Inside, Erase
Border, and Erase Center/Border functions.
The image is centered with respect to the
direction in which the paper is fed.

Select the copy paper.

Press the [Edit Image] key.

Press the [Centering] key.

Set your original and press the {Start}
key.
