REMOVE AND RE-INSTALL — WOOD
AND TILE DOORS
Use the following instructions for trash compactors with
tile or wood door kits. Remove the actuator to install
the custom wood or tile panel, to reverse the door or to
replace the actuator.
1. Remove the 2 screws that hold the actuator in place.
Save the screws.
2. Re-install using the 2 screws from Step 1.
3. After any maintenance involving removing the
actuator, make sure the door opens and closes
smoothly and the actuator enters and exits the
interlock switch.

Gasket Assembly

REMOVE AND RE-INSTALL

The gasket is made of a fl exible vinyl material with
imbedded magnets. Over time it may become brittle or
cracked, and lose its fl exibility. If this happens the door
may not close properly, so replace the gasket.
