Voice Mail Message Playback – Configuring Speakers vs. Telephone: (continued)
Receive the Window below.
If the list box shows Multimedia, your Outlook is configured to play voice mail over
your desktop/laptop speakers when you open the message.
If you either do not have speakers or do not wish to use them, you will need to configure
your Outlook to call you and play the voice mail messages through your telephone when
you open a message.
