Description
Enter the SIP Proxy port, if required. Default is 5060.
Select on if your network allows loose source routing. Default is off, used if your network
requires strict source routing.
Check this if the FaxFinder needs to use a Registrar for SIP call routing.
If you checked Use Registrar, enter the SIP Registrar IP address.
If you checked Use Registrar, enter the Registrar port. Default is 5060.
If you checked Use Registrar, enter the registrar expiration time in seconds. Default is
3600 seconds.
Enter the Fax ID you want the FaxFinder to send out.
Select the outbound fax method. Options are T.38 Re-invite, T.38 Direct, and T.30 Pass
Through. Default is T.38 Re-invite. Inbound faxes can use either option automatically.
Check the box for each outbound fax codec you want in use. G.711 A-law and G.711 µ-law
are available depending on your Fax Method (T.38 Re-invite only). Inbound faxes can use
either option automatically. Both options are checked by default.
Enter a redundancy level for the FaxFinder. Default is 3.
Enter the maximum buffer for FaxFinder to use. Default is 4000.
To reserve channels for specific use, enter the number of channels reserved for Inbound
Only or Outbound Only in these fields. Setting both fields to 0 configures all channels to
handle both incoming or outgoing faxes as needed. Default is 0 for both fields.
Select the maximum fax transmission rate for the channels from the drop-down list.
Options are: 2400, 4800, 9600, 12000, 14400, 16800, 19200, 21600, 24000, 28800, 31200,
33600. Default is 14400.
Check on to enable automatic fax error correction. Off turns off automatic error
correction. Default is on.
Enter a dial prefix to be applied to all channels if required. The dial prefix is appended as
a prefix to all faxes being sent.
Enter the jitter buffer delay (in milliseconds) required by your network. Default is 300 ms.
Enter the maximum datagram size your network allows. Default is 948.
Enter the extension length allowed for the channels.
Select the extension source to be used by the FaxFinder. Options are: SIP To Header or
SIP Diversion Header. Default is SIP To Header.
Select the manner in which extension digits are used. Options are: Use All, Use First Only,
and Use Last Only. Default is Use All.
