Preparation
. ZEBRA switch (viewfinder) → ON
. On the setup menu, set as follows.
PAGE : E12*FUNCTION 1/2
: TEST OUT → R, G or B

: ZEBRA SELECT → 1
ITEM
: ZEBRA1 APT. LVL → l%
ITEM
. OUTPUT/DCC switch (inside panel) → CAM/ON
. Shoot a grayscale chart in the full underscanned monitor
frame.
Equipment : Waveform monitor
Test point : TEST OUT connector
Setting point : 1 Lens IRIS
: A = 100 ± 2 IRE (NTSC)
Spec.
A = 700 ± 14 mV (PAL)
Adjustment Procedure
Equipment : Waveform monitor
Test point : TEST OUT connector
1. On the setup menu, adjust as follows.
PAGE : E15*VF SETTING
ITEM : ZEBRA1 DET. LVL
Spec. : Set the condition that zebra pattern
appears at the portions A.

PAGE : E12*FUNCTION 1/2
: TEST SAW → ON

3. On the setup menu, adjust as follows.
PAGE : E15*VF SETTING
ITEM : ZEBRA1 APT (Factory setting: 10%)
Spec. : Adjust for the desired width of detection.
