TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK OR INJURY, UNPLUG
APPLIANCE FROM OUTLET BEFORE SERVICING.
Problem
The unit does not power on
Reduced steam or no steam
Steam escapes from
connections
The cleaning cloth gets wet
Possible Cause
The unit is not plugged in.
- Water Tank empty
- Blocked Steam Nozzle
- Lime Scale
- Attachment is not connected
properly.
- There's debris/obstructions
at the connection points.
Exposure to moisture,
saturated with liquid

Solution
Make sure the unit is plugged
into a proper outlet and the
switch is ON(I).
- Fill Water Tank
- Remove the mop head and
clean the nozzle
- Follow cleaning procedure in
this manual
- Turn the unit OFF, allow it to
cool down, disconnect the
accessories and reattach
them properly.
- Remove the accessory,
check and clean the
connection
Remove the wet cloth and
replace with a new Cleaning
cloth (optional item). Or, wring
out and reattach.
