  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY Connect the metal pipe to the pipe joint, then attach the handle with the fixing screws through the corresponding holes. Threaded Hole Connecting Pipe Joint Place the base on the ground and keep the joint part straight. Note: It may take some force to fold the movable handle.

    OPERATION First time charging Pull out the rubber stopper and turn it until the whole charging port is uncovered. Plug in the charger into the charging port, and the battery indicator light will alternate between red and blue while charging. When fully charged (after approx. 3 hours) the indicator will be solid blue.
