TROUBLESHOOTING

Warning:
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury, unplug appliance from outlet
before service.
Problem
The unit does not power up
Reduced steam or no steam
Steam escapes from
connections
The Cleaning cloth gets
saturated and is too wet to
use effectively
Possible Cause
The unit is not plugged in or
turned ON
Water tank is empty
Steam nozzle is blocked
Lime scale deposits
Attachment is not
connected properly
Debris or obstructions at the
connection points
The cloth gets Saturated
with water
Possible Solution
Make sure the unit is
plugged into a proper outlet
and switched is ON.
Fill water tank.
Remove mop head and
clean nozzle.
Follow the cleaning
procedure to remove lime
scale found in the Cleaning
and Maintenance section in
this user guide.
Turn the unit OFF, allow it to
cool down, disconnect the
accessories and then
reattach them properly.
Remove the accessory and
check then clean the
connection points.
Remove the wet cloth and
replace it with a new
cleaning cloth or allow the
cloth to cool, then ring out
and reattach.
