Call Services

Note: These functions are system dependent. Besides the default Call services functions, it
is possible to define 10 extra system specific call services - with or without automatic
disconnection. The parameters are set up in the Portable Device Manager (PDM), see
Configuration Manual, Ascom d41 DECT Handset, TD 92641EN, and Installation and
Operational Manual, Portable Device Manager (PDM), Windows version, TD 92325EN.
Absence Handling
The reason for being absent and the return time or date can be specified here.

Select "Call services".

Select "Absence".

Select the applicable absence reason in the list. The number of absence reasons (for
example "Lunch", "Meeting", "Trip" etc.) in the list are configured in the PDM.

Press "Select".

Enter time or date.

Press "OK"
The handset sends an absence reason code
will automatically be disconnected after a few seconds.
Deactivate the Absence Setting

Enter "Call service" in the menu.

Select "Deactivate".

Press "Select".
Divert Calls
The user can divert calls to another extension by selecting "Divert calls".
Divert Internal/External Calls

Select "Internal" and/or "External".

Select "Activate".

Enter number (maximum 24 digits) to divert to, or press
phonebook.

Press "OK".
The handset sends a diversion reason code
will automatically be disconnected after a few seconds.
To stop diversion, select Internal > Deactivate, and/or select External > Deactivate. In both
cases, confirm by pressing "OK".
Divert Calls if No Reply

Select "No reply".

Select "Activate" and press the "OK".
