The Nokia A032 provides configuration options
for setting the shared WEP keys and selecting
the active key using either the web interface
(see Basic WEP setup on page 37) or the CLM
(see WEP security functions on page 82).
At time of going to press, the IEEE802.11
standard specifies the use of 40-bit keys (five
bytes). However, the Nokia A032 provides the
option to use longer (i.e. stronger) keys if the
network administrator chooses. Key lengths of
40, 56, 64, 96 and 128 bits are supported. The
key size (or range of allowed sizes) must be
specified in the access point through
configuration (the default is 40 bits). This entry
