To keep the Nokia solution independent from the ACS solution of the carrier, the ONT can establish an independent TR-069 session with the Saas. The Saas WiFi Care URL and credentials can be programmed from the ACS solution of the carrier, or they can be incorporated in a pre-configuration file.
