Using both hands, gently move the IMF assembly forward toward the front lens
so that you can access the rear lens motor.
Loosen, but do not remove, the two motor mounting screws so that the motor
moves freely.
Move the motor back and forth to allow the spring to take up the slack in the belt.
Tighten the top screw and then the bottom screw.
Gently move the rear lens back and forth with both hands. There should be a
slight resistance.
