Voicemail

The voicemail facility allows your callers to leave you a message if you are on the phone or do
not answer a call. Your System Administrator can enable this facility for you, if not already
available.

Receiving a message

If you are busy on a call or do not answer your phone the caller will be automatically passed
to your voicemail and will be able to leave a message. By default, your extension will ring for
20 seconds before your extension is considered not answered. Your System Administrator
will be able to tell you if this default setting has been changed.
