Working with Voicemail
The voicemail facility allows your callers to leave a message if you are on the phone or do not
answer a call. However, this facility must be configured to enable you to us
re
fer to your System Administrator for further details.
Receiving a Message

If you do not wish to answer a call press the Context Sensitive Button
Clear
alongside Clear and the call will be passed to voicemail (if enabled) or
cancelled.

Press the Messages button.
If required, use the Page Down button to display further entries.

Play
Press the Messages button to return to your Incoming Call History.

Message Handling
While viewing information about a voicemail message the following details are displayed;
Caller's name, if recognised by the system

Time & date of call
