User Settings

The maximiser system gives you the ability to configure features such as speed dials,
forwarding, and do not disturb on your extension.
These features can be configured via the Settings menu which can be accessed as follows:

Select the Favourites button

Select the context sensitive key beside the Settings icon
Press the context sensitive key beside the Home icon at any time to return to the
Idle Page.
The Settings menu can also be accessed from the Idle Page by selecting the context sensitive
key at the bottom.

Favourites (Speed Dials)

Favourites allow you to set up your own personal list of regularly used telephone numbers
(internal or external). These speed dials are displayed and accessed by selecting the
Favourites button. Speed dials set up for internal extensions will also act as Busy Lamp Fields
(BLF), in other words they will indicate when that User is on the phone. There is no limit to
the number speed dials you can create.
Create a Speed Dial

From the Settings menu select the context sensitive key beside the Favourites
icon

Select the context sensitive key beside the Add New icon

Press the context sensitive key beside the Backspace icon 3 times to delete
"new". (This key can be used at any time to correct any errors.)

Use the key pad to enter the text that will be used to identify this speed dial.
the number 1 key will add a space
the zero key will add a plus sign (+)
