CHANNEL LIST
The channel list gives a list of channels.
where the the following operations can be
performed :
1. Navigating channels
2. Deleting channels
3. Renaming channels
4. Adding parental controls to channels
5. Creating/Editing favourite list
NAVIGATING CHANNELS, USING THE CHANNEL LIST
Use the " / " keys to highlight the required channel. To view the highlighted channel, press OK key
while the Select option at the bottom of the screen is highlighted. If the selected channel is password
protected then a pop up menu is display, enter the PIN number using the NUMERICAL keys.. If the
correct code is entered, the selected channel will be displayed. The scroll Bar in middle of the screen
shows relative position of the currently visible channels with respect to the whole list.
DELETING CHANNELS
To delete a channel highlight it using " / ", then highlight the "Delete" button using " / " and press
OK. A message is displayed to confirm, if the channel is to be deleted select "YES", using " / "
buttons or to cancel, select "NO" and press "OK".
EDIT CHANNEL NAME
To rename a specific channel, highlight the channel and select the "Edit Name" button using the
" / " buttons and press OK. A edit name box is shown on the screen. Use " / " to move to the
previous/next character. " / " cycles the current character, i.e., 'b' character becomes 'a' after
pressing " " or 'c' after pressing " ". Pressing the numerical buttons '0...9' replaces the highlighted
character with the characters printed above the button one by one as the button is pressed (similar to
writing a text message on a mobile phone). To cancel the name edit press the BACK/EXIT key or
press OK to save the new name.
