Boot Dialog for ICIM/SNMP Configuration

Introduction
The boot dialog is presented whenever the ICIM is powered up (a cold boot). It is
accessible via the LCI communications port on the front of the Prisma2 chassis.
Important: A null modem is required along with a terminal emulator program, such
as the ubiquitous hyperTerm program on a Windows PC.
The serial port on the PC used by the terminal emulator program should be set up
with these parameters:
• 9600 baud
• 8 data bit
• No parity bit
• 1 stop bit
This parameter is often displayed as: 9600 8-N-1
