This is the user guide for Convexy Array Transducer Type 8817 and must be used together
with Transducer Care, Cleaning & Safety which contains important safety information.
8817 is suitable for cardiac examinations.

The depression on the narrow side of the transducer is designed for orientation purposes.
While scanning the doctor or physician can place his thumb into the depression and relate
the image on screen to the physical position of the transducer.
