Setting TAM MONITOR ________________________
TAM MONITOR allows you to screen all incoming calls.
Follow the procedure below to set TAM MONITOR.

Press [Function].
Press [Registration].

Press [Start/Copy].

Use [ 1] or [ 2] to select TAM SETTINGS.
Press [Start/Copy].

Use [ 1] or [ 2] to select TAM MONITOR.
Press [Start/Copy].

Use [ 1] or [ 2] to select ON.
Press [Start/Copy].

Press [Stop].
Setting ends and the fax returns to standby mode.

To use this feature, LINE MONITOR VOL (see p. 9-3) must be set to a setting other than 0. If LINE
MONITOR VOL is set to 0, you will not be able to hear any incoming messages as they are being
recorded.
