Printing a list of documents in memory _______

Your fax can print a list of documents stored in memory, along with the transaction number (TX/RX
NO.) of each document. Once you know the transaction number of a document in memory, you can
print it or delete it. See Doc. memory list, p. 9-8.

Printing a document in memory _______________

Follow the procedure below to print a document stored in memory.

Press [Function].
Press [Registration].

Use [ 1] or [ 2] to select MEMORY REFERENCE.
Press [Start/Copy].

Use [ 1] or [ 2] to select PRINT DOCUMENT.
Press [Start/Copy].

Use [ 1] or [ 2] to select the transaction number
(TX/RX NO.) of the document you want to print.
• If you are unsure of the transaction number (TX/RX
NO.), print the Doc. memory list. (see p. 9-8)
• Use [3] or [4] to display details of the transaction
(destination, for example).
