• Lock screen wallpaper: Sets the Lock screen wallpaper.
For more information, refer to "Wallpapers" on page
28.
• Help text: Displays help text on the lock screen when activated
(default).
General Display Settings
You can adjust the screen brightness, auto-rotation feature,
screen timeout, font style, and adjust the power saving
mode.
1. From the main Home screen, touch
Display.
2. Select one of the following options:
• Brightness: Touch and drag the slider to adjust the brightness
levels. Or touch Automatic brightness (default) to allow the
device to automatically adjust the brightness levels.
• Screen mode: Touch a screen mode (Dynamic, Standard, or
Movie), then touch OK.
• Auto-rotate screen: Touch to enable or disable automatic
screen rotation when you change orientations of the device
(portrait to landscape). Set to On as default.

Power Saving Mode

Power Saving mode allows you to manage the device to
conserve power.
1. From the main Home screen, touch
2. Touch Custom power saving to enable this feature.
• Quick launch: Touch a Quick launch feature. This sets up a
multifunctional softkey to open a selected application feature.
• Screen timeout: Set the screen timeout values before the
screen automatically turns off. Selections are: 15 seconds, 30
seconds, and 1-30 minutes.
• Font style: Sets the font style the device uses. Tap Get fonts
online for a wider font selection.
• Font size: Sets the font size the device uses in displays.
• Auto adjust screen power: Saves power. The device analyzes
the displayed screen image and adjusts the LCD brightness
automatically.

When the battery level is below a user-configured
value, the device uses the Customer power saving
settings.
