Explanation
A command has failed and left the logical position at an
unexpected location.
An illegal Identify message has been received by the
drive at the start of a command.

command has failed.

parity errors on the SCSI interface.

message was received.
The command failed because an invalid message was
received by the drive.
A command could not be executed because too many
parity errors occurred in the command phase
A command could not be completed because too many
errors occurred during the data phase.

a command outstanding.

to append data was unreadable.
