While in Set-Up, use the "Up" or "Down" arrows to scroll through the available options,
press "Enter" to select and advance one level, or press "Previous" to go back one level.
NOTE: This menu is only visible when the Eccellenza Café is
set to "Coin" mode. It does not appear in "Free" mode.
