Remove the front panel/hard drive cage assembly

To remove the component:
Power down the server blade (on page 14).

Remove the server blade (on page 15).
2.
Remove the access panel (on page 16).
3.
Disconnect the signal cable and the power cable from the SAS backplane.
4.
Loosen the thumbscrews.
5.
Remove the front panel/hard drive cage assembly.

Remove the battery pack

CAUTION:
remove the battery pack while an array capacity expansion, RAID level migration, or stripe size
migration is in progress.
CAUTION:
