2. Recording System Check

2-1. Preparations for recording

1) Playback the BIST check tape.(XH5-6(NTSC), XH5-6P(PAL))
2) Select page: 3, address: 10, set data: C0, and press the PAUSE
button.
3) Select page: 3, address: 11, set data: 07, and press the PAUSE
button.
4) Enter the stop mode.
5) While keep the HOLD switch of the adjustment remote
commander at ON(SERVICE) position, eject the BIST check
tape and close the cassette compartment without inserting a
cassette.
6) Set the power switch to "CAMERA".
7) Select page: 3, address: 01, set data: 0C, and press the PAUSE
button.

2-2. IC301 TRX (RF) BIST Check

1) Select page: 3, address: 70, set data: 04, and press the PAUSE
button.
2) Select page: 3, address: 70, set data: 00, and press the PAUSE
button.
3) When the IC301 TRX (RF) recording system from is normal,
the display data (combination data) of page: 3, address: 71 and
72 agrees with any combination as shown below.

Check
1) Select page: 3, address: 01, set data: 00, and press the PAUSE
button.
2) Turn off the power and turn on again.
