^ Moisten the flannels and then roll them up.
^ Place them beside one another in a perforated cooking
container.
Automatic programmes > Special > Heat (damp) flannels
or
Oven functions > Steam cooking
Temperature: 70 °C
Duration: 2 minutes
^ Loosen the lid and place the jar of honey in a perforated
container.
^ Stir the honey once during the cooking duration.
Automatic programmes > Special > Decrystallise honey
or
Oven functions > Steam cooking
Temperature: 60 °C
Duration: 90 minutes (the duration is the same however much
honey there is and for all sizes of jar)
