Setting the phone with the Web configurator

You can make the following settings using the Web configurator:
u
Connect your phone to the local network (
u
Configuration for telephony:
– Enter settings for the VoIP provider and configure or activate/deactivate VoIP
accounts (
– Specify the name of the fixed line network (
– Activate/deactivate the Gigaset.net connection (
– Activate/deactivate call forwarding for calls to your VoIP numbers or to your
Gigaset.net number (
– Configure settings to improve voice quality for the VoIP connections

– Define the default connection for your telephone (fixed line network or VoIP)

– Assign VoIP phone numbers to the individual handsets (
– Define user-specific dialing plans for emergency numbers and for cost con-
trol purposes (
– Enter and activate/deactivate the network mailbox for each number
assigned to the telephone (
– Define the type of DTMF signaling (e.g. for remote operation of a VoIP net-
work mailbox) and the Flash key function for VoIP (
– Enter settings for call forwarding via VoIP (call placing, i.e. connecting two
external callers to each other,

Output of information from an IP info service on the handset (

Synchronize date and time on the base station with a time server on the Internet
