How To...REMOVE AND REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR CONTROL BOARD
Tools Required: Standard screwdriver
1. Remove the HOUSING. Refer to See How To...in this section.
2.
Note the WIRE HARNESS position then, disconnect the WIRE HARNESS from locations P1 and P2 from the
ALTERNATOR CONTROL BOARD.
3.
Using a straight-blade screwdriver, remove the four SCREWS from the ALTERNATOR CONTROL BOARD.
4.
Remove the ALTERNATOR CONTROL BOARD from the ALTERNATOR CONTROL BRACKET, and replace
with a new ALTERNATOR CONTROL BOARD.
5.
Reverse this procedure for reassembly.
Torque
12-15 in. Lbs.
