Step 3
Use the two BOLTS (#1) in the parts bag to attach the STABILIZER BAR (#6) as
shown. Make certain that the BOLTS are tight and the STABILIZER BAR is flush
against the frame. Remove the shipping carton.
Step 4
Position the HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY (#7)
so that the HANDLEBAR is facing away from
the user. Slide the HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
into the HANDLEBAR POST.
Be
careful not
to pinch the wires.
Align the three holes in the HANDLEBAR
ASSEMBLY, with those in the HANDLEBAR
POST and install the three HANDLEBAR

CONNECTOR
Place the TOP HANDLEBAR SHROUD (#12)
on top of the HANDLEBAR and align the two
holes in the SHROUD with the two holes on
the HANDLEBAR. Insert the two Phillips
Screws through the HANDLEBAR and tighten them into the SHROUD (do
not over tighten).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Model LC9500HR
Step 1
Before proceeding, familiarize yourself with the parts of the Lifecycle 9500HR
aerobic trainer and make sure that you have received all the items described in
the Parts List.
Step 2
Remove the STABILIZER BAR (#6) from the carton base. Use the empty
CONSOLE CARTON to raise the rear of the Lifecycle Trainer as shown.
Remove the two bolts from the bottom of the SHIPPING STABILIZER, save the
BOLTS and store them and the SHIPPING STABILIZER with the other shipping
containers.
Step 5
Unfold the CONSOLE WIRE HARNESS from the POST
extending from the FRAME.
Feed the 1o-PIN CONNECTOR up through the opening at
the base of the display console bracket and connect it to the
10-PIN CONNECTOR on the back of the DISPLAY
CONSOLE (#8).
Feed the 3-PIN CONNECTOR for the telemetry module up
through the same opening at the base of the display console
bracket and connect it to the 3-PIN CONNECTOR on the
back of the DISPLAY CONSOLE.
Feed the 4-PIN CONNECTOR for the Heart Rate sensors
up through the same opening at the base of the display
console bracket and connect it to the 4-PIN CONNECTOR
on the wire harness coming out of the back of the DISPLAY
CONSOLE.
If so equipped, feed the optional4-PIN CVA CONNECTOR up through the same opening at the base of the display
console bracket and connect it to the 4-PIN CONNECTOR on the wire harness coming out of the back of the
DISPLAY CONSOLE.
