How To...REMOVE AND REPLACE THE BATTERY - Model LC9500
Tools Required: Phillips screwdriver
1. Tilt the bike, resting it on its side to allow access to the underside.
2. Use a straight-blade screwdriver, remove the four MOUNTING SCREWS from the BATIERY ASSEMBLY.

3. Carefully remove the BATIERY ASSEMBLY from the bike.
Disconnect the BLACK (neg) wire from the (-) post on the
BATIERY followed by the RED (pes) wire from the (+) post.
4. Use a straight-blade screwdriver, remove the two SCREWS
securing the BATIERY to the bracket. Remove the old
BATIERY and discard.
5. Position the new BATIERY in place of the old one, and secure
with the two SCREWS.
6. Reconnect the BLACK (neg) wire to the (-) post on the
BATIERY, and the RED (pes) wire to the (+) post. Gently tuck
the BATIERY WIRES back into the HOUSING.
7. Insert the new BATIERY ASSEMBLY into the HOUSING and
secure with four MOUNTING SCREWS.
8. Lift the bike to its upright position, and operate.
