How To...REMOVE AND REPLACE THE HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY
Tools Required: 1/2 inch and Phillips screwdriver
1.
Remove the DISPLAY CONSOLE or use the illustration below (5)(8). Refer to See How To...in this section.

Remove the NECK HOUSING (LC9500 only) under HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY or use the illustration below
(1 )(3)(4)(6). "Refer to See How To...." In this section.
3.
Using a 1/2 inch wrench, remove the three HANDLEBAR BOLTS (2) then, lift and remove the HANDLEBAR
ASSEMBLY from the bike frame.
4.
Before routing both wire harnesses, replace the HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY.

With the new HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY (7) in place, route the DISPLAY WIRE HARNESS on the side of the
tube. Continue feeding the DISPLAY WIRE HARNESS until the CONNECTOR extends through the rectangular
hole at the top end of the HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY.
NOTE: BOTH THE HANDLEBAR ASSEMBL Y AND THE HANDLEBAR POST ARE KEYED TO EASE THE
ALIGNMENT AND POSITIONING.
