7. Secure the base using four screws. Make sure that the screws and plugs are appropriate
for the material (e.g. wood, metal, sheet rock, stone). See Wall and Ceiling Mount, on
page 24.
Note
To prevent bending of the base, be careful not to tighten the screws too tight. Leave
approximately 2.5 mm (0.1 in). If the base is bent, the cover will not close.
8. Connect the cables. See page 26.

Connect the Cables

CAUTION
Disconnect power before connecting any wires to the Axis product. Never make connections
while power is applied to the product.
